Member Experience
Univox Community is a public community that is open for anyone to join for free. New members are automatically rewarded 500 points or $5 just for signing up and completing a profile. The profile consists of basic questions like age, gender, region, shopping behaviors, automobile ownership, and so on. Community members are invited to participate in surveys based on their basic profile information. These surveys range from 1 to 60 minutes, and members are awarded based on the time spent on surveys. The longer you stay or the more you participate, your membership is upgraded accordingly. At first members are at the Basic membership level. The next level up is Verified; after that, Premium, and the highest level is Ambassador. There are several benefits to membership upgrades! Basic users have to wait until they have earned 2500 points to redeem the reward, whereas Ambassador-level users can do it when they have earned 1000 points. Members receive various other benefits once you get upgraded, such as dedicated customer support, fast payout, and so on.
Earning Potential
Members earn reward points by completing surveys. Apart from surveys, members can participate in quick polls, contests, and forum discussions. All this participation helps them to earn more points. All these activities require 30-45 minutes a day to stay involved in the community. Univox Community runs daily, weekly and monthly contests that allow users to earn easy points. Some contests are guaranteed, while some are sweepstakes. The most exciting one is called the Surprize Me contest, which selects one random user every day, based on their involvement on the site on that particular day. During the holidays, the Univox Community runs big contests that pay out high value rewards to all the winners. Members can also refer others to the Univox Community. When these individuals complete surveys, the members who referred them get free points (5%).
